005 - Scanning lesson in Algintal

Hello there,

So I am back with another pile of pictures and load of boring text. So my application to the industrial corporation Covenant of stars was accepted. That mean that i had to move from Murini back to Augnais which is next to Audaerne where I have resided before. Seems funny but I had to move three ships 20 jumps away. Little bit boring process but fortunatly I was painting my room at the moment so I just toggle autopilot on and went playing with my colours.

When I was completly moved I satred mining again. After while of listening to "mmmmmm" and "vzzzzzzz" of my strip miners I decided that it is time to try something new. So I bought Imicus fit it with probe launcher and set off to find some secret belt to mine. I started in Augnais launch my probes and started. Problem number one. Where is some button to start scanning. Found it. After 10 seconds of searching the system I found some unknown anomaly with 100% accuracy. I recoverd my probes and without moment of hesitation (and without reading the description) I warped in. Serpentis hidden lookout as it seems isn't friendly place for unnarmed Imicus. I managed to take just one screenshot and warped away with 12% structure left.

After that I moved to Audaerne. There I encountred problem number two. Small red dot in my solar map changed to gigantic red sphere. I reposition my probes and after few scanns later the red sphere changed back to yellow dot. I scanned my way throught Augnais, Audaerne, Deltole, Parchanier and Jolia. Final score was 3 wormholes to wormhole space, one to some 0.0 system and 6 deadspace complexes inhabited by serpentis. The secret belt full of rare ores reamained hidden from me.
